Its a Taiwanese server. Just enter the numbers you see in the image, then press the short gray button on the left.

Oh right, I forgot. You need to click on the ad to enable that button. Its the square picture in the middle. Try that

This is missing some merchant voices compared to Korean voices. Haven't had the chance to test combat voices yet.

Yes it seems there are a few voices missing here and there. Maybe because the Japanese client is newer and some updated files does not work in old versions (i.e. currently both the Chinese and English clients are only 1.0). Or maybe because there are bugs in the Japanese client (it is beta after all).
