Hier ein paar Tipps um den Handel so sicher wie möglich ablaufen zu lassen.

Tauscht eure Anschriften aus

Dazu gehört: Vorname, Nachname, Strasse + Hausnummer, PLZ, Ort, Telefonnummer (Festnetz, kein Handy!), Geburtsdatum. Am sichersten ist es, wenn ihr gegenseitig Kopien eurer Personalausweise austauscht (Vorder- und Rückseite!)

Telefoniert mit eurem Tauschpartner! Lasst euch nicht abwimmeln wie "Mutter telefoniert oder so. Jede normale Familie hat ein Festnetztelefon und jedes normale Kind darf auch mal telefonieren. Kein Skype, kein Teamspeak! Das ist wichtig falls ihr betrogen werdet.

Verwendet eine sichere Zahlungsmethode

Elite*Gold: Elite*gold ist eine virtuelle Währung welche auf ganz elitepvpers genutzt werden kann, sei es für Account Upgrades oder auch für das sichere Handeln mit virtuellen Gütern.
Überweisung: Sehr sicher. Die Zahlung kann auch noch Jahre später nachgewiesen werden.
PayPal: Wenn ihr die Adresse und eine Personalausweiskopie habt, geht das in Ordnung. Ansonsten nicht zu empfehlen!

Wichtig: Als Käufer gebt ihr bei dem Verwendungszweck, egal ob Überweisung oder PayPal, IMMER einen eindeutigen Grund ein, wie z.B.: Kauf Nachtelf Druide LVL80

Achtet auf die Haftbarkeit eures Handelspartners

Euer Handelspartner sollte mindestens 16 Jahre alt sein. In diesem Alter ist er für Kaufverträge die er abschließt nämlich haftbar!

Mehr Geld für Accounts weil länger bezahlt?

Wie ihr vielleicht wisst, gibt es einen Exploit mit dem einige Leute eure Accounts für World of Warcraft für nur 15EUR, aber dafür um 6 Monate Spielzeit aufladen.

Viele Verkäufer wollen euch mehr Geld abknöpfen indem sie diesen Exploit in Anspruch nehmen und dann aber anstatt 15EUR mehr, 45EUR mehr für den Account verlangen.

Fallt nicht darauf rein und denkt immer daran: Wenn jemand seinen Account verkaufen will, dann kommt dieser Gedanke nicht urplötzlich, sondern eher dann wenn die 6 Monate schon beinahe abgelaufen sind!

Hinweise für Käufe bei eBay

Bitte lest bei jeder Auktion den kompletten Text durch! Oft stellen die Anbieter Fallen wie z.B.:

Charakter befindet sich auf einem nichtoffiziellen Blizzard Realm / Privatserver
Um spielen zu können muss eine Datei angepasst werden
Verkauft wird nur ein Screenshot des Accounts
Verkauft wird nur der Gästekey des Accounts

Aber selbst wenn ihr darauf reingefallen seid: Erstattet Anzeige bei der Polizei. Diese Angebote sind nicht rechtens und sind verboten!

Prüft genau was euch versprochen wird!

Benutzt immer ausschliesslich das eMail-System von eBay!
Prüft wie die vergangenen Auktionen vom Anbieter verlaufen sind!

Es passiert SEHR OFT das man dann sieht das der Verkäufer diesen Account z.b vor 3 Wochen schonmal verkauft hat , und davor vieleicht auch schonmal.

Wartet auf jeden Fall mit der Bewertung solange wie möglich ab. Lasst euch seinen Personalausweis einscannen!

here a few advices in order to make trading safer.

Exchange your adresses

Means: First Name, Last Name, Street + House Number, Postal Code (Zip Code), Phone Number (fixed network, no mobile!), Date of Birth. For extra safety send each other copies of your identity cards (front- and backside!)

Talk to each other on the phone! Insist on it and don't let your trade partner get rid of you with reasons like "Mom is on the phone" etc. Usually every family has got a landline phone and every member of it can use it. No Skype, no TeamSpeak! It's quite important in case of scamming.

Use a safe payment method!

Bank Transfer: Very safe. Payment can be proven even years after.
Payal: If you got all the data mentioned above , it's alright but in general not that safe.
Elite*Gold: Elite*gold is a virtual currency which you can use here at elitepvpers. elite*gold is mainly used for safe trading virtual goods and account upgrades.

Important: As the acquirer, no matter if bank transfer or PayPal, ALWAYS add a clear title like "Buying Nightelve Druid LVL 80"

Check the liability of your trade partner

Your trade partner should be at an age at which he is liable (in most countries about 16 years old).

Higher price for an account because it is payed for a longer time?

As some of you may know, there is an exploit some people are using to charge WoW for 6 months but only paying 15 EUR.

Many sellers set a higher price, using this exploit and demanding 45 EUR additionally instead of the 15 they payed.

Don't let them fool you and think about it: If someone wants to sell his account, he usually doesn't decide this out of nowhere but probably the reason is that the 6 months almost expired!

Hints for e-Bay trades

Please always read the whole text of an auction! Sellers often set traps like:

Character is on a non-official Blizzard Realm / Privateserver
To be able to play you need to edit a file
Selling only a screenshot of the account
Selling only the guestkey of the account

Anyway, even if you have been scammed: Go to the police and file a charge. These are illegal activities!

ONLY use the e-Bay Mailing System!
Check the previous auctions of the seller!

It appears quite often that the seller already sold the same account a few weeks ago and again earlier.

Before you rate him wait as long as possible. Let him send you a copy of his identity card!

Zusätzlich zu den Allgemeinen Forenregeln hat der Black-Market noch Regeln, welche zu beachten sind!

- RULES -

Ihr seid für die Sicherheit eurer Trades selbst verantwortlich, elitepvpers dient rein als Austauschplattform und kann euch keinerlei Hilfe bieten falls ihr Betrogen wurdet, deswegen ist es wichtig all unsere safer trading tips einzuhalten.
Ihr dürft euren Thread nur einmal alle 24 Stunden pushen! Man darf am Tag der Erstellung des Threads auch Pushen.
"Aufladeangebote" bei denen der Account für einen bestimmten Zeitraum aufgeladen wird und man jedoch nur einen Bruchteil dafür bezahlen muss sind verboten.
Postet nicht in den Thread, wenn ihr nicht am Handel interessiert seid! Posts wie z.B. "Kauft doch eh keiner" sind verboten und werden bestraft.
Werden Accounts verschenkt oder verlost, müssen die Konditionen in unserem Forum zu erfüllen sein und dürfen nicht gegen die Forenregeln verstoßen! Derjenige der den Account dann bekommt muss sich in dem jeweiligen Thread melden mit der Bestätigung, dass er den Account erhalten hat.
Erstellt keine Anprangerthreads, nutzt das iTrader System!
Jeder Regelverstoß wird je nach Stärke des Vergehens mit einer Warning oder Infraction geahndet.
Falls ihr eine Warning oder Infraction für ungerecht verteilt empfindet, könnt ihr das in der Complaint Area melden. Bitte achtet darauf, dass ihr eine Beschwerde in angemessener Sprache verfasst.

Additionally to the Board- and Signature-Rules the Black Market has some further rules which you should follow!

- RULES -

You are responsible for the security of your trades, elitepvpers only provides a exchange platform, if you get scammed, we can't help you at all, so it's very important to follow all of our safer trading tips.
Pushing your thread is allowed only once every 24 hours!Its permitted to push on the day of creation of a thread.
"Recharge offers" - recharging an account for a period of time, paying only a fraction for it - are prohibited.
Don't post in a thread if you are not interested in a trade! Posts like "You're never gonna sell this" are forbidden and will be punished.
If you want to give an account away for free or draw it you have to fulfill our conditions and follow the rules! The member who got the account has to confirm that he received the account in that thread later on.
Don't post any denunciation-threads, use the iTrader system instead!
Every rule-violation will be punished with a warning or an infraction depending on the gravity of the deed.
If you think a warning/infraction is not justified you can create a thread in the Complaint Area. Please make sure you write a complaint in an appropriate language!
New | Calling anyone scammer in his/her threads in trading sections, e.g. Silkroad trading or Nostale trading, or making a thread informing others about someone being a scammer in any other way than through our itrader system will result in receiving a warning/an infraction.

In order to fight against scammers, we decide to change the forum a bit. First from now on, all trading/buying/selling threads must be in the black market forum. The reason is that we want to keep things organize, and to encourage all members to use the feedback system. I have mentioned this before, this system is exactly the same as ebay. You can give feedback to each other after the deal is made. And for every rating, you must post a URL to the thread that the deal is made and the thread must be in the trading center forum. If everyone uses this system, then the probability of someone being scammed will be lower and everyone can trade/sell/buy with no worry.

For those who don't know how to use the system, it is very simple.
First, you click on the "The Black Market:" (#) link under their name .

Then you click the Submit Feedback For *User* link.
After that you can give them a rating and remember, you must post a URL to the thread where that the deal was made.

If anyone abuses the system, he/she will be banned from the website.

referrer links are forbidden; if you post one it will be considered spam and will end up in an infraction
advertising without a link back to elitepvpers is forbidden and will be punished with an infraction (warning if it's for the first time)
Advertising similar sites to elitepvpers is forbidden and will result in a ban (it doesn't matter if you've put a backlink on that site).
Advertising your own forum hosted at a free-forum provider is not allowed.
if you post racist comments, you will receive an infraction (a ban in harder cases)
Baiting other members is forbidden, if you have a problem with another member please use our complaint forum to solve the conflict.
if you want to spam, go to the offtopic and post there, but remember that even the off-topic is not a unlegislated area! Spamming in other areas will end up in infractions / warnings
posting warez is forbidden, the violation of this rule usually leads to an infracton for the first time and a ban if you continue; requesting warez also is not allowed, if you do so you'll get an infraction
doubleposting, or pushing up really old topics is not allowed and ends up in an infraction / a warning
posting pornopraphic content (no matter what your definition of pornographic content is) will be punished with an infraction and in harder cases a ban
using any avatar/signature/usertitle which could make members think you are a member of the staff though you are not, is forbidden and is to be punished with an infraction or in harder cases a ban
abusing your avatar to add fake or custom ranks/badges isn't allowed
abusing the thanks-system is prohibited; you are not allowed to sell or buy thanks from another member, only give thanks for useful posts!
if you have 3 active infraction-points you will receive a ban

- SIGNATURE RULES -

width : not wider than the post signature table width
hight : not higher than 200px
size : not larger than 300kb
amount : 2 images, but these combined may not be bigger than 300x200 (e.g. 2 banners with the size of 150x100)
no links to infected files
no insulting content
no racist contents
no pornographic content
no referral links (exceptions so far are: MyBrute-Links, Pokeplushies-Links [and their likes])
no advertising links without a link back to elitepvpers

- ADDITIONAL INFORMATION / MISCELLANEOUS -

multi-accounting (having more than 1 non-banned account here) is forbidden and results in a ban of all accounts but the oldest (in special cases of just all accounts)
in case your statistics are being forged (thankspush etc) by yourself (referral to multiaccounting) you will get banned; if they are being forged by someone else without you having your hands on it please report it to an administrator;
in extreme cases (a member receives one ban after another and returns everytime just to spread chaos again) the administration can issue a restraining order which will prevent you from using this forum by law, which often is connected with financial costs

Das werben für dein eigenes Forum welches von einem Free-Forum Provider gehostet wird ist nicht gestattet.
Rassistische Postings werden nicht toleriert; der Verstoß wird mit einer Infraction oder einem Ban gestraft
Hetze gegen andere Mitglieder zu führen ist verboten, falls ein Problem mit einem anderen Mitglied vorliegt sollte unser Complaint Forum benutzt werden um dies zu lösen.

Habt ihr 3 aktive Infraction-Points angesammelt, werdet ihr gebannt
Grundsätzlich gilt obiges System immer. Es ist jedoch ein weiteres System vorgesehen, welches in Spezialfällen greift. Spezialfälle sind durch den "Accountwert" definiert, welcher wiederum durch folgende Faktoren definiert ist:

* Release-Aktivität und -Nutzen (über den Wert der Releases wird in der Administration entschieden)
* Besitz an e*gold
* Position (z.B. Moderator bzw. Ex-Moderator)
* Allg. Aktivität (bedingt durch obige Faktoren, d.h. Aktivität allein reicht nicht aus)

Des weiteren berücksichtigen wir etwaige ehrliche Entschuldigungen bzw. Reue nach begangener Straftat, einfach im Sinne der Menschlichkeit.

Zum Verständnis:
Die Boardleitung muss in manchen Fällen zu speziellen Methoden greifen, einfach aus dem Grund, dass Mitglieder, auch wenn sie Straftaten begehen bis zu einer gewissen Grenze hin mehr Nutzen für die Community haben, wenn sie nicht gesperrt sind. Wir wollen dieses Thema offen behandeln, damit nicht die Rede von Korruption usw. ist. Bei wem wir dieses spezielle System anwenden ist Entscheidung der Administration, welche dann auch auf entsprechenden Member zu geht und nicht umgekehrt.

- SIGNATUR-REGELN -

Breite: Nicht breiter als die Signatur/Post-Spalte
Höhe: Nicht höher als 200 px
Größe: Nicht mehr als 300 kb
Menge: 2 Images, die kombiniert nicht größer als 300x200 px sind (z.B. 2 Banner je 150x100 px)
Keine Links zu infizierten Dateien
Kein beleidigender Inhalt
Kein rassistischer Inhalt
Kein pornographischer Inhalt
Keine Referral-Links (Ausnahmen: MyBrute-Links, Pokeplushies-Links [und Ähnliche])
Keine Werbelinks ohne Linkback zu elitepvpers

Du kannst eine Forum-Nicknameänderung bei einem Moderator oder Administrator beantragen
Multi-Accounting (das Benutzen von mehreren nicht gebannten Accounts gleichzeitig) ist verboten und resultiert in der Bannung aller Accounts bis auf den Ältesten (in speziellen Fällen aller Accounts)
Für den Fall, dass deine Profilstatistiken von dir (Verweis auf Multiaccountregelung) verfälscht werden (Thankspush etc.), wirst du gebannt; wenn sie von jemand Anderem verfälscht werden, ohne dass du deine Finger im Spiel hast, bitte berichte dies einem Administrator;
In extremen Fällen (ein Member, der mehrfach gebannt wird, jedoch jedes Mal wiederkehrt, nur um erneut Chaos zu stiften) kann die Administration ein Hausverbot aussprechen, was euch per Gesetz daran hindert das Forum zu nutzen, was auch oft mit Kosten verbunden ist

So, das war's. Wenn ihr all das beachtet steht der optimalen Nutzung des Forums nichts im Wege.
