5165 Item lock, and item redeem.

Anyone knows how to make the item lock and redeem items npc in 5165?
Im not too good at that stuff, and it'll be great if someone could help me.

Forget about ItemLock for now because not many people have any idea on it apart from it needs to be fixed via the Conquer.exe, you would probably either need to take it out of the exe or implement it into the source but I have no idea how to do that >.<
