Region Block? Heres a way to fix it! (USE WalkerVPN for NAGC)
WALKER's HIDE IP ONLY WORKS FOR INTERNET BROWSERS! SORRY FOR THE MISTAKE I THOUGHT IT WILL WORK ON GC >.<

Instructions:
1. Download the RAR File. 
2. Use any program for extracting it (ex. WinRAR)
3. Open Walker's Hide IP.exe
4. Then yar done! (just use commonsense on hiding your IP)
5. Reply on my thread. (any feedback)

EDIT: Hey guys for those who want to play NAGC download this:
NOTE: Run as administrator for Windows 7 (proven and tested)

1. Double Click WalkerOPENVPN
2. It will ask for install for network drive.. just click "YES" then wait for it to execute

NOTE: I used ProXPN's servers for the VPN servers... because y'now i cant afford to buy one lol (I recommend WalkerVPN because you don't need to install it)

Can it be applied to NAGC example i am in the philippines,qc but i want to play NAGC is that possible?

Yes, its possible 
Just find the United States in the "Choose IP Country" button.

@arvinz yes, thats what is suppose to happen
Although unlike the previous proxies, this one include each and every server you want to play on.
Ill better try this.

There is no need for changing the IP to enter Grand Chase Korea...
I can enter even w/o Proxy's
the only Servers that needs this is NAGC, BRGC, TWGC (1st log-in must be Taiwan IP to enter All the time w/o proxy) THGC (Its hard to find a proxy to work)...
